Clay tile roofs are subjected to all kinds of both atmospheric and biological contamination. Besides being unsightly, the contamination won’t allow the clay tiles to breathe properly. The contamination starts the degradation process. McCahill Painting Company uses 250° hot water for clay tile roof powerwashing, an incredible cleaning tool by itself. We then use an electric sprayer to apply a biodegradable, environmentally safe cleaner. The combination of these two tools completely removes all contamination. The tile can breathe again and looks great!
