School, Hospital, & Hotel Exterior Cleaning Services

In addition to pressure washing, we also offer water repellant services. This is where we simply apply both water repellents and other clear sealers. For example, after we complete a limestone cleaning project many of our customers take our advice to seal and protect the limestone from future environmental contaminants.

Schools/ Universities
We have considerable experience with institutional pressure washing cleaning and restoration projects in establishments throughout the Chicagoland area and the Midwest. Our jobs range in size from cleaning the front sidewalk of a small private school to cleaning entire buildings at large universities and colleges. We are accustomed to working around class schedules. It is not unusual for Chicagoland Pressure Washing to complete projects during a winter break, spring break, or summer.
We also have a strong focus on high school and elementary school cleaning projects. In the photo below, we completed an interior brick cleaning job for De La Salle High School in Chicago. We took extra precautions to protect all substrates while doing an exceptional job! De La Salle later informed us the lighting in the gym increased substantially because of the drastic difference in the wall color after it was cleaned.
Church/ Historical
Chicagoland Pressure Washing also takes pride in completing church and historical restoration projects. This type of cleaning work requires a complete understanding of the substrates being cleaned, environmental considerations and the appropriate chemicals to be used in the cleaning process. A staple of our institutional cleaning and restoration business is hospitals. In addition to our cleaning expertise, we are experienced in effectively protecting hospital staff, patients and visitors. When our swing stages are erected on the side of a hospital building, we use the greatest care and respect when working around patient rooms. We make a concerted effort to avoid disturbing patients. Ideally, patients and residents will be unaware of our presence. Not disrupting operations is one of the many different aspects of our work that we take very seriously. Hinsdale Hospital is just one of many buildings where we applied a water repellent after the cleaning process to help secure the building for many years to come.
